3. Brush your body in the direction of heart starting from your feet to improve the blood and lymph circulation and take a hot shower afterwards.

4. Try not to watch the TV.

5. Take a walk in the first part of the day if it is warm outside.

6. If you are hungry, drink more water.

You might experience headache, weakness: these are normal reactions to fasting. As soon as you start eating they will disappear.

Next day drink a glass of water or hot lemon water before you start eating. Do not break your fast with heavy food. Start with shakes or smoothies, salads, vegetable soups, fruits, dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Return slowly to your regular diet from the day two.
